My in-person personal training experience began in 2019 and I’ve been hybrid since 2021. I was a competitive dancer for 8yrs throughout high school and college. During that, I fell in love with strength training and bodybuilding. Another fun fact about me; I have been training boxing and martial arts since 2021.
