Outdoor Group Training Camp!

Once a week, we will be meeting at a top secret location bright and early. Each person needs at least 32 oz of water, reliable footwear, and a positive attitude! With a mixture of calisthenics, hiit cardio, and muscular endurance training using weights/resistance, our group of 3-6 participants will be challenging our bodies and minds to workout as a team for 45 mins with the singular mission of improving our quality of life. Let’s go!
