MEET YOUR TRAINER: Coach Breanna, aka breezy. I am a 25yr old, bilingual, independent, certified personal trainer-- yo hablo español y mi mamá es de Puerto Rico. My in-person personal training experience began in 2019 and I’ve been hybrid since 2021. I was a competitive dancer for 8yrs throughout high school and college. During that, I fell in love with strength training and bodybuilding. Another fun fact about me; I have been training boxing and martial arts since 2021. Helping people achieve their goals (and exceed their expectations) is my PASSION. With this diverse fitness background, I can help anyone reach their fitness goals. Ask me how!

Your initial plan to structure your workouts in an effective, easy to understand style that best suits your needs to tighten and tone your body for the summer. This plan includes weight training, beginner mobility routines, and bodyweight exercises used to target specific muscle groups and maximize strength and muscle endurance. Perfect way to get introduced to my training style and begin figuring out what your long term and short term goals are for your fitness journey, if you're currently unsure or reaching a plateau in your progress!

This is my most personalised program available, where we work together to reach your physique goals in the most effective time frame possible! Each of these subscriptions come with 1 complimentary 30-minute session weekly via video chat or in person! These complimentary sessions do not stack up, so use this to your advantage. Any additional sessions you desire to add-on, message me directly and we can add them to your account.
